Formosa Plastics Corporation announced that the Board of Directors approved the promotion of Mr. Jerry Lin to be the Acting President from the Senior Vice President and also discharged the duty of original President of Mr. Wen-Bee Kuo. The previous position holder was Wen-Bee Kuo, Chairman and President of the Company. The new position holder is Jerry Lin, previously the Senior Vice President of the Company.
