Fletcher Building Update on BGC Litigation

Fletcher Building advises that Fletcher Building Limited has, as a result of an interlocutory application by BGC, been joined as an additional respondent to the BGC claim against Iplex AU in relation to the Pro-Fit pipe issues in Western Australia. This step does not change the substantive nature of the claims made by BGC in the litigation.

Fletcher Building Limited will, as part of the defence of the BGC claims, defend the attempted extension of responsibility to Fletcher Building Limited.
