Real estate investment firm Fastator has announced that its subsidiary, Point Properties, is selling a portfolio of properties and leasehold rights to Forshem Fastigheter for SEK 312 million.
The transaction includes the Råkan 10 property and the Råkan 7 & 8 leaseholds in Karlskoga, as well as the Valfisken Större 45 property in Trelleborg.
According to Fastator, the total consideration could rise to SEK 363.9 million should Forshem elect to exercise future development rights.
Point Properties intends to allocate the initial proceeds toward transaction costs and the amortization of outstanding senior secured bonds.
Furthermore, Point Properties has reached an agreement with a majority of its bondholders to extend the maturity of the bonds by six months to facilitate full repayment.
