The real estate investment company Fastator will now release its year-end report on March 6, instead of the originally scheduled date, which was today.

"The reason for the postponement is the increased complexity and additional work resulting from the recapitalization announced by the Company on December 18, 2025," the statement reads.

Listed companies are required to publish their reports within two months after the end of a quarter.
