(Alliance News) - ERG Spa announced on Monday that it had reached an agreement, through its subsidiary Furukraft AB, to sign a 10-year Power Purchase Agreement with Skellefteå Kraft AB, a Swedish municipal energy company and one of Sweden's leading electricity producers.

The agreement, valid from January 1, 2026, provides for the pay-as-produced supply of approximately 150 GWh per year, for a total of 1.5 TWh, of renewable energy produced by ERG's Furuby wind farm, located in the south of the country.

The plant has an installed capacity of 62 MW and an annual production of approximately 200 GWh/year, equivalent to 140 kt of CO2 emissions avoided.

ERG is trading down 0.4% at EUR21.84 per share.
