Scandinavian Enviro Systems AB is a Sweden-based recycling company. It has a patented technology for recovering carbon black, oil, steel and gas from waste tyres. The Company conducts sales of key facilities, receives royalties related to technology from installations sold by the Company, sales of servicing and training for established facilities, as well as operates a plant through wholly-owned subsidiary Tyre Recycling in Sweden AB. The plant serves as a large-scale production test and demo plant and includes all the process steps and solutions featured in a full-scale plant. The Company’s main shareholder is Pegroco Venture AB.
