As part of the strategic restructuring announced earlier February 3, 2026, Ensurge Micropower ASA announced that Lars Eikeland will step down as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 31, 2026. CEO Shauna McIntyre will assume the CFO role immediately. Shauna McIntyre brings extensive finance, strategy and public company governance experience.

Ensurge Micropower ASA (Ensurge), is a Norway-based microbattery manufacturing company. The Company produces rechargeable solid-state lithium batteries (SSLB) for diverse applications.
