Elixir Energy Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Justin Ferravant as Company Secretary, succeeding Ms. Vicky Allinson, who has retired from finance and resigned from the role. A highly regarded finance executive, Mr. Ferravant, brings more than 25 years of experience across the energy and resources sectors. A Certified Practicing Accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he has held senior finance and commercial positions at Origin Energy and Santos Limited. Mr. Ferravant most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Strike Energy since 2017 where he was responsible for delivering project and asset financing for the development of multiple energy projects.
His extensive experience spans financial management, corporate governance, capital planning, and strategic project delivery, with a proven ability to support complex energy developments and drive disciplined fiscal oversight.
