ECI Partners LLP and Bridgepoint Growth II, managed by Bridgepoint Group plc (LSE:BPT) agreed to acquire an unknown majority stake in Helio Intelligence Group Limited from Bridgepoint Group plc (LSE:BPT) and Bowmark Capital LLP on May 18, 2026. Under the terms of the transaction, Bridgepoint will reinvest in Helio as a minority shareholder.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
