E-Health Now LLC announced that it has raised several hundred million CNY led by new investor Efung Capital, Shenzhen YHLO Biotech Co., Ltd., and Borchid Capital in a round of funding on March 3, 2026. The transaction included participation from new investors Ventech China Ltd., Suzhou Wujiang District City Investment Development Group Co.,Ltd, GSR Ventures Management Co. Ltd., and Tongji Alumni Fund.
The company will issue Convertible Preferred Stock in the transaction.
