dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to £3 million worth of its shares pursuant to an agreement with Canaccord Genuity Limited. The purpose of the program is to offset future dilution, that may occur, due to employee incentive arrangements.
The repurchased shares will be held in treasury. The program will be valid till March 31, 2026.
