The group now counts 2.1 million customers, including more than 300,000 new clients in 2025, representing 50% organic growth over three years. Furthermore, it confirmed surpassing the one billion euro mark in premiums in 2025. The company maintains its leadership in the auto sector with 1.6 million insured vehicles, up 8% compared to 2024. The home insurance business is also seeing strong growth, with 556,000 active policies compared to 446,000 in 2024, a 25% increase year-on-year.
YouDrive, the connected car insurance offer, continues to attract customers: 96,000 policyholders (70% growth since 2023) have chosen this plan. By analyzing driving data, it rewards the safest drivers by reducing their monthly insurance premiums. This results in an average saving of 200 per year, leading to a 22% drop in claims among young drivers and a 31% decrease for other age groups.
In a first for the auto insurance world, the option to pay the deductible in three interest-free installments allows customers to spread out a financial burden that can be significant for tight budgets. Customer satisfaction has reached 90% across nearly all service channels.
The Axa Group subsidiary, which employs nearly 2,000 people, increased its workforce by almost 16% in 2025.
