Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund announced the dividend payment and book closing date with details as follows: the dividend payment of Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund (DIF) from the operation period from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 would be at THB 0.2222 per unit, and the payment date will be on September 9, 2025; The Fund will determine the right of unitholders who are entitled to receiving dividend by closing the investment unit register book to suspend the transfers of investment unit on August 19, 2025.
Digital Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund is a Thailand-based closed-end infrastructure fund. The Fund operates through investments in the telecommunications infrastructure business and securities segment. The Fund invests in telecommunication infrastructure assets such as telecommunication towers, fiber optic cable systems, transmission equipment, broadband systems and/or revenue generated from the business. Its infrastructure funds are invested in various businesses, such as railway or pipeline transportation, electrical grid, waterworks, road, expressway, or concession way, airport or airfield, deep seaport, telecommunications or telecommunication-related infrastructure and communications, alternative energy, water management/ irrigation, natural-disaster prevention system including the alert and management systems to mitigate the intensity of such natural disaster, waste management. The Fund is managed by SCB Asset Management Company Limited.
