(Alliance News) - DiaSorin Spa announced Friday that it repurchased 370,663 of its own ordinary shares between March 24 and March 27.

The shares were acquired at an average unit price of EUR58.86, for a total consideration of EUR21.8 million.

To date, the company holds 5.2 million treasury shares, representing 9.3% of its share capital.

DiaSorin shares closed Friday down 1.6% at EUR58.26 per share.
