Apart from the fact that Dr Heß currently is already a member of the Company's Supervisory Board, he is also General Counsel to Vonovia SE and has an employment relationship with Vonovia SE. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of various Vonovia Group Companies. Vonovia SE holds a significant stake in the Company, directly and indirectly holding around 81.4% of the voting rights. Furthermore, in the Supervisory Board's assessment, there are no personal or business relationships relevant to the General Meeting's election decision between Dr Heß on the one hand and the companies of the Deutsche Wohnen Group, their governing bodies, or any shareholder holding, directly or indirectly, more than 10% of the voting shares in the Company on the other.
