Delivery Hero is expanding its executive board. The food delivery company announced on Wednesday that Chief Product Officer Johannes Bruder joined the board as its fourth member at the turn of the year.

The executive has been with the company since 2018.

Delivery Hero also announced that the contract of CEO Niklas Östberg, which was set to expire in 2026, has been extended until April 30, 2029. The same applies to board member Pieter-Jan Vandepitte, who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Berlin-based firm.
