D-MARKET Electronic Services & Trading announced that the Company and its current Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") Nilhan Göketekin have agreed to begin a planned leadership transition, expected to be completed by July 1, 2026. The transition is intended to take place following a smooth and carefully managed handover of responsibilities. Nilhan Göketekin stated that she will continue to work closely with the Company and the leadership team to ensure a smooth and responsible handover and to support the Company's long-term success.
Following the completion of the transition, Nilhan Göketekin will move on to a new professional challenge.
