Croda International Plc announced the appointment of Jill Anderson as a Non-Executive Director. Jill will join the Board on January 12, 2026 and become a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Jill brings more than 30 years' experience in international leadership positions in the healthcare industry, including executive responsibility in finance, commercial research and supply chain functions.
Most recently, Jill was Chief Financial Officer of GSK's R&D division until she retired in 2024. Jill is currently a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at Spire Healthcare Group plc.

- care, health and performance products (87.5%): lipids and surfactants, oils with high concentrations of Omega-3 et -6 essential fatty acids, protein derivatives, lanolin derivatives, emulsifiers, detergents, additives, etc. for use in making personal care products, cosmetics, household cleaning products, crop protection products, water treatment products, etc.;
- industrial specialty products (12.5%): oleochemicals, polymer additives, fatty acid amides, lubricants, etc. used by the plastics, rubber, and other industries.
