Costco Wholesale reported nearly 15% sales growth in May.

The company said May sales reached $24.01 billion, up from $20.97 billion a year earlier.

Comparable sales rose nearly 13% sales growth across the business, including 14% growth in the U.S. and 9.2% growth in Canada. Comparable sales rose 9.7% in other international markets. Digitally-enabled sales rose 21%.

Excluding the impacts of gasoline prices and foreign exchange rates, comparable sales were up 8% for the month, including 8.7% growth in the U.S. and 5.3% growth in Canada.
