Copper Quest Exploration Inc. (CNSX:CQX) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Kitimat Copper-Gold Project from Bernie Kref for CAD 0.33 million on October 30, 2025. Under the terms of the agreement, Copper Quest will issue 2 million common shares to Bernie Kref. The Kitimat Copper-Gold Project is subject to a 2.5% net smelter return royalty, of which 40% may be repurchased by the Copper Quest for CAD 1 million.

Copper Quest has until January 5, 2026 to complete a due diligence review of Kitimat Copper-Gold Project.
