Property services company Coor has appointed Juha Mennander as the new Head of Property Division for Coor Sweden. He will assume the position in April, according to a press release.

Mennander most recently served as Head of Automotive Services at the Finnish retail group Kesko. He has also previously been CEO of the Swedish operations of property services company Caverion, as well as having held international CEO positions at the elevator company Kone.

"Juha has deep and broad experience from both the service and installation sides of the property sector and is a proven leader with a documented track record in change management, growth, and complex procurement processes. With his expertise and strategic leadership, Juha will make a strong contribution to our focus on the property segment," says Ola Klingenborg, CEO of Coor.
