Lululemon Athletica shares rose slightly after Chip Wilson, the founder of the yogawear firm blamed the board for approving a line of sheer clothing.

Associated British Foods reported a decline in constant-currency revenue after its fast-fashion chain Primark posted a weak performance in Europe.
