Compass Group PLC proposed that a final dividend of 43.3 cents per share (2024: 39.1c per share), $735 million in aggregate, be paid on 26 February 2026 to shareholders on the register on 16 January 2026. This will result in a total dividend for the year of 65.9 cents per share (2024: 59.8 cents per share).
