The group announced that it completed, on May 20, a 12.4 million euro redemption of the secured debt held by its subsidiary Quatrim, comprising 12.3 million euros in principal and 0.1 million euros in accrued interest on the redeemed principal.
Following this transaction, the nominal amount of Quatrim secured bonds has been reduced to 109 million euros.
Furthermore, the company indicated that, in accordance with the bond indenture, 4.5 million euros in interest were paid on April 7, 2026.
