Casa Redondo SA agreed to acquire Sheridan?s from Diageo plc (LSE:DGE) on September 8, 2025. The acquisition of Sheridan?s enhances Casa Redondo's international presence and supports its ambition to build a global business. A Transitional Services Agreement has been established to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of the business post-completion.
