Capital Infra Trust (NSEI:CAPINVIT) intends to acquire Hasanpur Bakhtiyarpur Highway Private Limited, JRR Highways Private Limited and Korba Highway Private Limited from Gawar Construction Limited on October 8, 2025. As of December 15, 2025, Capital Infra Trust (NSEI:CAPINVIT) executed the Share Purchase Agreement to acquire Hasanpur Bakhtiyarpur Highway Private Limited, JRR Highways Private Limited and Korba Highway Private Limited from Gawar Construction Limited.

The transaction is subject to approval of merger agreement by target board and approval of offer by the unitholders of Capital Infra Trust. The deal has been approved by the board of Gawar Construction Limited.
