Canal+ S. A announced that it has successfully priced its second bond issuance. The company issued EUR 700 million of senior unsecured notes due 2032, with a 6-year maturity and bearing an annual coupon of 4.875%. The transaction was met with strong demand and was 3.7 times oversubscribed, underlining robust support from a diversified and high-quality investor base.
The company will use the net proceeds of the issuance of the notes for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of the outstanding EUR 500 million amount of the bridge loan facility which was entered into in December 2025. BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, CIC CIB, Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Banking, Natixis and Société Générale acted as global coordinators on this transaction. Commerzbank, Mizuho and Standard Chartered acted as active bookrunners.
