C2 Capital has filed for an initial public offering.
The company plans to offer 3.75 million shares for $4 to $5 each. It has also registered 666,880 shares for resale by certain selling shareholders.
C2 is based in Boca Raton, Fla., and operates a streaming platform called C2 Live. The platform launched in beta in August 2024.
C2 generates revenue by redeeming prepaid virtual coins for virtual gifts during livestreams. Use of the platform is free, but viewers send gifts to content creators, and revenue is recognized when the gifts are delivered.
C2 recorded $1.6 million in revenue during the year ended March 31. It had a net loss of $2.2 million.
The company plans to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CCLV.
