The co-founders of Stockfiller will reinvest in the company and continue in their leadership roles.
Following the transaction, the existing management team will continue to lead the business, with Jesper Jannesson as Chief Executive Officer, Christopher Jonsson as Chief Operating Officer, and Mathias Paulsson as Chief Product Officer.
