Emergency Care Holdings signed a definitive agreement to acquire Emergency Care business of Koninklijke Philips N.V. on January 28, 2025. The transaction is expected to close later in 2025, subject to satisfaction of certain closing conditions and customary regulatory approvals. As of February 21, 2025, The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.
