Brenntag SE (XTRA:BNR) signed an agreement to acquire Airedale Group Limited on December 16, 2025.

For the period ending December 31, 2024, Airedale Group Limited reported total revenue of £81 million.

Closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions, including certain third-party approvals, and expected in the first quarter of 2026.

Company Profile

Brenntag SE is the world leader in distribution of industrial chemicals and specialty products (organic and inorganic chemicals, solvents, plastics, resins, additives, paints, etc.). The group also offers storage and processing services, custom mixing, logistics management, accompaniment, and training. At the end of 2024, the group had around 600 distribution sites worldwide. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Germany (7.4%), the United States (35.7%), the United Kingdom (5.1%), China (4.5%), Canada (3.9%), Italy (3.7%), Poland (3.4%), France (3.2%) and other (33.1%).
