BlackRock Chief Executive Larry Fink's total pay jumped 23% in 2025, reaching more than $37.7 million.

The increase of roughly $7 million came primarily from stock awards, according to a Friday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Fink's stock awards increased to $24.6 million in 2025 from $18.2 million the year before.

His other miscellaneous compensation increased by about $500,000, to $1.1 million. His base salary and bonus remained unchanged.

President Robert Kapito saw his total compensation rise to $25.7 million from $21.8 million, also driven by bigger stock awards and a slightly higher bonus.

Chief Operating Officer Robert Goldstein's pay rose 19%, to $15.6 million, and Chief Financial Officer Martin Small's pay climbed 44%, to $13.6 million.

BlackRock increased stock-ownership thresholds for both Fink and Kapito by 50%, to $15 million and $7.5 million, respectively.
