Bharat Global Developers Ltd. announced that Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Sahu, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company, has tendered his resignation with effect from November 30, 2025 from the said position due to his personal reason as he found better opportunity for himself. The Company has commenced the process of shortlisting the potential candidates for the said role and the same shall be finalized within the prescribed timelines under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations. Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Sahu, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company hereby tendered his resignation from the said post due to his personal reason as he found better opportunity for himself.
During his notice period he will ensure for a smooth working and handling over the charge to the person as may be deputed or as per advice of the board. He further requested to the board of director to note and accept his resignation the board meeting of the company and relieve him from the duties and his post Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from November 30, 2025.
