Betting and affiliate company Better Collective has announced that Chairman of the Board Jens Bager will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting on March 24, 2026, and is proposed to be replaced by board member Thomas Plenborg, according to a press release.

Jens Bager has served as chairman since 2017 and will step down from the board at the meeting, having led the company through, among other things, its stock exchange listing, international expansion, and dual listing in Copenhagen.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee proposes that Thomas Plenborg, who joined the board in 2025, is a professor at Copenhagen Business School, and serves as chairman of DSV, be elected as the new chairman.
