Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. proposed a cash dividend of RMB 1.563 for every 10 shares (inclusive of tax) (the Interim Dividend) will be distributed to the registered shareholders of H shares and A shares of the Bank, totaling RMB 13,811 million. The Interim Profit Distribution plan is subject to the approval of the general meeting of the Bank to be convened in due course.
