Bank of China Limited at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 27, 2025, the interim profit distribution plan for 2025 of the Bank was considered and approved at the Meeting. An interim dividend of RMB 1.094 per ten shares (before tax) on the Bank's ordinary shares for the six-month period ended 30 June 2025 (the "2025 Interim Dividend on Ordinary Shares") will be distributed by the Bank to those ordinary shareholders whose names appear on the register of members after the close of trading on 10 December 2025. The 2025 Interim Dividend on Ordinary Shares is expected to be paid to H-Share Holders of the Bank on 23 January 2026.
