Baader Bank AG is expanding its research service and strengthening its existing collaboration with AlphaValue SA. From 1 October 2025, the cooperation will unlock an optimised long-term research service for institutional and professional investors. The closer collaboration between the two institutions will offer a wealth of advantages to their mutual clients, who will now be able to tap into an even larger and more comprehensive research platform and become part of a global corporate access network.
Baader Bank offers companies access to investors around the world, tailored to their individual needs. The offer is aimed at small, medium and large companies, alongside non-listed companies. Alongside developing its research offering with AlphaValue, Baader Bank has also concluded a research agreement with Erste Group, consolidating a collaboration that first began in October 2024.
The two companies will bundle their research offerings so that each bank can distribute the other bank's existing research products to their own clients. Rather than the 600 companies currently covered, the research service will comprise a total of 750 stocks with a focus on the GSA (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) and pan-European regions, supplemented primarily by the Eastern European region. The bundled offers will open up Baader Bank's research platform to many international investors going forwards and capital market business services and investor conferences will be available to a broader group of investors.
Covered companies will also be able to tap into an Even larger pool of investors from Eastern Europe, Western Europe, North America, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and other parts of Asia.
