(Alliance News) - Azimut Holding Spa announced on Thursday that it closed the quarter with net profit up 15%, rising to EUR125.3 million from the EUR115.2 million recorded in the first quarter of 2025.

Revenue came in at EUR370.6 million, up from the EUR321 million reported between January and March of the previous year, bolstered by a 14% increase in recurring revenue across all key markets, with particularly robust contributions from Italy, the US, the UAE, and Brazil.

The operating margin stood at EUR275.5 million, an increase compared to EUR237.7 million in the first ninety days of 2025.

EBIT reached EUR164.3 million, up from EUR140.9 million in the first three months of the previous year.

The first quarter highlights significant commercial results, characterized by net inflows reaching EUR4.6 billion, bringing the group's total assets to EUR144 billion.

Net commissions amounted to EUR262.1 million in the first quarter, compared to EUR217.2 million in the corresponding period of 2025.

The net financial position was EUR872.8 million, compared to EUR812.6 million as of December 31, 2025, and EUR981.4 million as of March 31, 2025.

Based on the solid operating performance recorded, Azimut 'confirms its targets for 2026, estimating total net inflows of EUR10 billion and a net profit of EUR550 million'.

Azimut shares were trading down 2.7% at EUR36.26 per share on Thursday.
