Atos joins Gigalis Territorial Cyber Resilience Program
Atos has announced that it has been awarded two lots under the framework agreement for "Cybersecurity solutions and services - governance, protection, monitoring, and information system compliance" as part of the Territorial Cyber Resilience Program launched by Gigalis.
Through this new program, the public purchasing agency Gigalis aims to provide French public organizations nationwide with a systemic capacity to anticipate cyber risks, withstand attacks, and strengthen their resilience.
The contract holders are committed to cooperating and interconnecting their expertise, presenting a structured territorial collective force against cyber attackers to ensure the coordinated protection of public sector entities.
"Lot 1, Cyber Governance & Strategy, focuses on the implementation and management of all organizational, methodological, and documentary frameworks required for optimal cyber risk management and the protection of Gigalis members' information resources," the group explained.
Also awarded to Atos, Lot 5, Regulatory Compliance & Certification Support, involves providing services to assist beneficiaries in bringing their information systems into alignment with the legal, regulatory, and normative requirements applicable to their missions.
Farah Rigal, Director of Cybersecurity Services France at Atos, stated: "Cybersecurity is indeed much more than a matter of technology. It involves the processes and teams of an entire ecosystem. Gigalis's initiative, which is national in scope, provides public actors as a whole with a coordinated response and enhanced responsiveness in the event of a crisis."
AtoS SE is one of the world leaders in IT services. The group's activity is organized around three sectors:
- outsourcing services and consulting services;
- system integration;
- supply of transaction services: electronic payment transaction processing, remote payment management, development of payment solutions, etc. The group also develops an externalization of operating processes activity.
