AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited has approved the appointment of Ms. Tanya Sanish as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company under SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 with effect from February 23, 2026. Ms. Tanya Sanish is a Corpsorate Governance professional with over 15 years of experience in driving compliance and strengthening governance. Her experience spans Board governance and advisory, compliance with corporate and Indian securities laws, capital markets transactions, M&A and cross-border structuring as well as stakeholder communication.
She has played a key role in compliance for high-value fund-raising exercises including rights issues, QIP and debt issuances as well as strengthened enterprise governance through implementation of robust systems. She is currently the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Piramal Pharma Limited responsible for compliance of the listed entity and its subsidiaries across jurisdictions. Prior to her current role, she held various positions within the Piramal Group and has worked with Pidilite Industries Limited. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Bachelor of Law from Mumbai University.
