Presently, Mark A. Hershey occupies the position of Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer & Senior VP at Armstrong World Industries, Inc.
In the past he occupied the position of Associate-Corporate Department at Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young LLP and Secretary & General Counsel for Ricoh Co., Ltd. Secretary, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at IKON Office Solutions, Inc. and Secretary, General Counsel & Senior VP at Ricoh Americas Corp. (both are subsidiaries of Ricoh Co., Ltd.).
He received an undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a graduate degree from Charles Widger School of Law.
