APT Medical Inc. (SHSE:688617) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 200 million worth of class A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 315 per share.

The shares purchased will be used for the company's ESOP or equity incentives. Shares not used within 3 years after the completion of the repurchase will be cancelled. The program will be funded out of the company's self-owned funds.

The program will be valid till 10 months.
