Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited at its Annual General Meeting held on 28 May 2026 approved the final dividend of RMB 0.61 per Share (tax inclusive) ("Final Dividend") for fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The Final Dividend will be distributed on 30 June 2026 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of H Shares of the Company on 10 June 2026. The Final Dividend payable to holders of H Shares (other than Southbound Trading Investors) shall be paid in Hong Kong dollars.

The Hong Kong dollar exchange rate to be adopted shall be the average median rate (HKD 1.00 to RMB 0.87208) of the five business days in the PRC preceding the date of Shareholders' approval for the declaration of the Final Dividend (28 May 2026, excluding the date thereof) as announced by the People's Bank of China. As such, the Final Dividend per H Share is HKD 0.69948 (tax inclusive).
