An undisclosed buyer signed an agreement acquire Trio Property from Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:INO.UN) and Inovalis on October 10, 2025.

The transaction is subject to financing conditions, and the expected completion is in first quarter of 2026.

An undisclosed buyer completed the acquisition of Trio Property from Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:INO.UN) and Inovalis on January 30, 2026. The proceeds of the disposition were applied to repay the mortgage loan secured by the Trio property, and the related financing arrangements have been fully satisfied and discharged.
