Air France-KLM
Air France-KLM has announced the renewal of Marjan Rintel's mandate as Chairwoman of the Executive Board and CEO of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for a four-year term. In office since July 2022, her mandate, initially set to run until the 2026 General Meeting, has been extended to ensure continuity of the company's transformation plan. The focus will be on improving operational and financial performance, with adjustments planned for the operations management team.
Amundi
Amundi has reported an adjusted net profit of €1.35 billion for 2025. Excluding the exceptional corporate tax contribution, net profit would have approached €1.43 billion, up 3%, while pre-tax profit rose 6% to €1.86 billion.
GTT
The engineering company announced it has received an order from HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (HD KSOE) for the design of tanks for four new LNG carriers. The carriers will be built by the HD Hyundai Heavy Industries shipyard and will each have a capacity of 200,000 m³. The ships' cryogenic tanks will be equipped with the Mark III Flex membrane containment system, developed by GTT.

Immobilière Dassault
Rental income reached €9.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, up 20.9% compared to the fourth quarter of 2024. This increase is mainly linked to the contribution of rents from the property located at 88 rue de Rivoli (Paris 4th), acquired at the end of July 2025. On a like-for-like basis, revenues rose 5% to €7.9 million in the fourth quarter, driven by the combined effect of higher rent revision indices and new leases signed.
Lhyfe
The specialist in the production of green and renewable hydrogen nearly doubled its annual revenue to €9.8 million, compared to €5.1 million in 2024.
Publicis
Publicis Groupe has reported a group share net profit that is virtually stable (-0.4%) at €1.65 billion for 2025, but an operating margin up 5.1% at €2.65 billion, a record margin rate of 18.2%, surpassing the 18% achieved in 2024.
Sanofi
The pharmaceutical group announced in a press release its intention to launch a share buyback program in 2026 for an amount of up to €1 billion.
Sartorius
Sartorius Stedim Biotech has published a preliminary current net profit up 26.7% to €428 million for 2025, as well as a current EBITDA up 17.3% to €914 million, with an improved margin of 2.8 points to 30.8%.
STMicroelectronics
STMicroelectronics announced it has completed the acquisition of NXP Semiconductors' MEMS sensor business, a deal announced in July 2025 and now fully approved by regulators.

Following the signing of an agreement on 23 December, Synergie has announced the definitive completion of its acquisition of a majority stake in the Swiss-based House of Flexwork group.
Vinci
Vinci Construction Grands Projets has signed a contract with the National Water Commission (NWC), Jamaica's water services operator, for a design-build project for 68 km of drinking water pipelines. This investment plan aims to renovate and develop drinking water networks in northwestern Jamaica, a region experiencing strong demographic growth. The contract, worth €144 million, covers the design and construction of 68 km of large-diameter cast iron pipelines.
Valneva
Valneva has announced, together with Instituto Butantan, one of the world's largest biomedical research centers, the launch of a pilot vaccination strategy (SPV) in Brazil using Ixchiq, its single-dose vaccine against chikungunya.

For the first nine months of the 2025/26 fiscal year, the company achieved consolidated revenue of €705 million, up 1% year-on-year. Projects related to AI continue to show strong momentum. Wavestone confirms its target of strong growth in its AI business in 2025/26, which will account for at least 14% of total revenue, compared to 8% in the previous year.
