On October 28, 2025, John Liu, resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Amkor Technology, Inc. The resignation was not due to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company?s operations, policies or practices. In connection with Mr. Liu?s resignation, the Board reduced the size of the Board from eleven to ten directors. Mr. Liu joins the Company as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy on November 3, 2025.
