ALS Limited announced the appointment of Christy Boyce as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective 1 September 2025. Christy has over 25 years' advisory experience in Australia and the United States, advising senior leadership across a range of industries including consumer and industrial goods, agribusiness and resources. Christy was a director (senior partner) of Port Jackson Partners.
Prior to this, she was a partner at McKinsey & Co, working in the firm's Sydney, New York and Chicago offices. Throughout her career, Christy has worked with a range of high growth companies focusing on strategy, organizational effectiveness and sales and marketing. Christy is currently a non-executive director of JB Hifi, BAI Communications Australia and EMM Consulting.
She is also Chair of the SCEGGS Darlinghurst Trust and a non-executive director of The Hunger Project Australia. Her previous experience includes acting as a non-executive director of CSR Limited, Greencross Limited and Monash IVF Group Limited.
