The Board of Directors of Alliance Witan Plc has declared a third interim dividend of 7.08 pence per share, up 5.2% on the equivalent dividend of 6.73 pence paid in the same period in the last financial year. The dividend will be paid on 31 December 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 November 2025. The ex-dividend date is 27 November 2025.
