Alessandro di Cino Appointed as Cardif Assurance Vie Representative on Carmila Board

Carmila announces that Cardif Assurance Vie has appointed Alessandro di Cino, Director of Real Estate at Cardif Assurance Vie, as its new permanent representative on the board of directors as of February 18, succeeding Nathalie Robin.

Alessandro di Cino will also represent Cardif Assurance Vie on the Strategic and Investment Committee as well as the CSR Committee.

Nathalie Robin had served as the permanent representative of Cardif Assurance Vie on Carmila's board of directors since June 12, 2017.

Following this change, Carmila's board of directors now includes 6 women among its 12 members.
