Air Transat will launch a new loyalty program, teaming up with Desjardins Group and Visa, to offer co-branded credit cards and travel rewards.
The Montreal-based airline said Monday that the collaboration with Desjardins, a Canadian financial cooperative, is part of a strategy to offer travellers a loyalty program with exclusive benefits and a broader travel experience.
Desjardins will issue the cards which will run on Visa's payments network.
The companies didn't disclose details of the benefits or earning structure but said more information will come closer to launch.
